RigoletoA wine produced from vineyards at 300 m asl and of varying expositions, where the soil is characterized by fractured sandstone, tufaceous clays and calcareous marl. Vinification in stainless steel vats with temperatures never too high to preserve the best fresh aromatic expression. Ages for ten months 50% in stainless steel and 50% in barrique and tonneaux of second and third passage. Bottle refinement 6 months minimum. |
