Tasting Note:

Ruby red colour; medium bodied with a mix of cherry, candied raspberry, earthy, smoky notes and blackcurrant bud, laced with subtle liquorice aromas. In the mouth, elegant supple tannins accompany good fresh acidity and zesty wild strawberry fruit flavours.


 Mas Neuf

Tasting Notes:

Dark, bright, garnet red. On the nose, notes of dark berries (blackcurrant, blackberry), pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and bay leaf predominate. Gentle entry, full on the palate with a velvety, fresh finish. The fruit, mocha and spice aromas unfold with nice length.

Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs and herb-based first courses

A wine produced from vineyards at 300 m asl and of varying expositions, where the soil is characterized by fractured sandstone, tufaceous clays and calcareous marl. Vinification in stainless steel vats with temperatures never too high to preserve the best fresh aromatic expression. Ages for ten months 50% in stainless steel and 50% in barrique and tonneaux of second and third passage. Bottle refinement 6 months minimum.

Grapes removing wine pressing from the stalks followed by 12 days permanence on the peels at 25°C. After the racking the lactic fermentation in steel tank and further refinement "en barrique" is carried out for six months. After the bottling a further refinement in the bottle for about one month comes after, at controlled temperature.

Sutter Home

The history of Sutter Home Winery dates back to the late 1800s, when a Swiss-German immigrant named John Thomann established a small winery and distillery in the heart of California's Napa Valley. Although much has changed for Sutter Home since then, the motto and philosophy originated by its founder remains the same: "A great product for a fair price."




Private Release Shiraz Cabernet

Grape Variety: Shiraz (Syrah), Cabernet Sauvignon

Colour: Dark red.

Nose: Aromas of lifted, fresh, red berry fruits are supported by spicy oak.
Palate: Initially, this wine displays generous sweet flavours of raspberry, spice, green olive and truffle that develop to a finish characterised by creamy coconut oak and soft lingering tannins. A fruit driven wine, ready to be consumed.

Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Maturation: Parcels of this wine are matured with oak, with the focus on retaining the wine's fresh fruit flavours.

Koonunga Hill Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Grape variety: Semillon (60%), Sauvignon Blanc (40%).

Maturation: The wine spent seven months on lees in tank to add palate weight and complexity.

Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting note:

Bright ruby in the glass. A complex nose of blackcurrant leaf and mint, accompanied by squashed ripe black cherries. Palate is full displaying smoked dark fruits with hints of leather. Rounded by grippy tannins



Fairview Pinotage

Tasting note:

Dark purple in the glass. Smoky notes with intense dark fruit aromas, framed by oak spice. Fleshy dark fruit continue on the palate with firm tannins and lingering flavours of spice and dark coffee. Full - bodied with well balanced fruit acidity and integrated tannins.

Food recommendation:

Enjoy with beef fillet, lamb or a beautiful steak.


 La Capra

La Capra is the latest addition to the Fairview brand. The first label endorsed by Fairview and produced mainly for the retail market. The range consists of 10 single variety wines, made at the Fairview cellar in a fruit-forward style.

These wines are created for early enjoyment and relaxed dining, showing juicy fruit flavours and freshness.




Cantavida Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting notes:

This wine is clean, crisp, dry and very fruity. There are hints of fresh cut grass, gooseberry and citrus fruits. It has a lively acidity and a pleasant finish.


Tormenta Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes:

Dark red in colour. Aroma of red fruits with notes of spices. Palate with elegant, rounded tannins. Long, consistent aftertaste.

Serving suggestions:

Ideal with red meats, savoury pastries and mixed grills. Serve at 18 °C.


Tormenta Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting notes:

Pale yellow. Aromas reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits with touches of citrus. Silky palate with a good acid structure and long aftertaste.

Serving suggestions:

Good as an aperitif, with baked or griddled fish or fish dishes with delicate sauces. Must be served at 10 ºC.
